Refund and Cancellation Policy
We value your time and commitment to your mental well-being. The following policy outlines our terms for appointment cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, and refunds.
Appointment Cancellations
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance without any charges.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling Policy
You may request to reschedule your appointment by contacting us via email or phone at least 24 hours before the session.
One reschedule per appointment is allowed without additional charges if requested within the permitted timeframe.
No-Show Policy
A “no-show” refers to a client missing a scheduled session without prior notice.
No-shows are non-refundable and considered as a used session.
Refunds
Full refunds will be issued only for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance or in cases where the session is canceled by the therapist or clinic.
If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed using the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@mindracare.com with appointment details and reason for the request.
Package Sessions
For prepaid session packages, unused sessions may be refunded upon written request, provided no session in the package has been attended.
Once the first session is used, partial refunds for remaining sessions will be at the discretion of the clinic.
